Frequently asked questions.

How would you describe your filming style?

Our films are cinematic yet honest—we focus on storytelling, emotion, and faith-rooted legacy. We blend documentary coverage with artful direction when needed, ensuring your film feels natural but still beautifully composed.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We’re based in Southern California, often filming throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, but we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. We have a travel-friendly system that allows us to travel to wherever you are and we love capturing stories wherever they unfold.

Do you also offer photography?

We specialize exclusively in wedding videography—it’s what we’ve dedicated our craft to since 2016. However, we frequently collaborate with photographers we know and trust and are happy to share recommendations when you book.

How long will it take to receive our wedding film?

Final films are typically delivered within 2–4 months, depending on your collection and season. If your package includes a teaser film, that’s usually sent within 48 hours of the wedding so you have something to relive right away.

How do we secure our date?

A signed agreement and retainer payment officially reserve your date. Once booked, we’ll plan your story session and collaborate on your timeline to ensure every moment flows naturally on your wedding day.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND ARE THERE PLANS?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through square, and also offer afterpay as a flexible financing option for a small service fee. Payments are divided into three equal installments, spaced evenly from your booking date to one month before your wedding.

Can we choose the music for our film?

We curate licensed music that fits your story, tone, and personality. You’re welcome to share inspiration or genres you love—then we’ll source music that aligns both creatively and legally.

Do you film smaller or elopement-style weddings?

Absolutely. We love intimate gatherings and offer custom elopement and micro-wedding coverage. These shorter formats focus deeply on connection and storytelling.

What makes Call It Captivation Films different?

We approach filmmaking with intentional storytelling and faith-driven purpose—not just documenting moments, but creating a piece that reflects who you are, what you believe, and the legacy you’re building together.
